e-Core received the Great Place to Work Brazil award
We did it again! This week, e-Core received the Great Place to Work Brazil award for the 10th year in a row!
For the first time in e-Core’s history, our company won a spot between the 35 mid-size Multinational Companies – organizations that have between 200 and 999 employees throughout the whole country of Brazil.
The announcement was made during the Great Place to Work Brazil 2017 awards in São Paulo, Brazil on August 14th. The companies were grouped in three different categories: Large, Mid-Size National and Mid-Size Multinational. This year, 1,963 companies participated in the country-wide survey and competed for a spot on the 150 winning companies list.
This achievement reflects e-Core’s strong culture and the growing investment on improving employees’ work environment. Last year, initiatives that match e-Core’s values and culture were designed to enhance teamwork and personal development. These initiatives include:
Pledge 1%, a volunteering program that encourages and challenges employees to volunteer 1% of their time for their communities.
Talent Development and Performance Management programs encourage self-learning and boosting knowledge, promoting discussions about performance and career development improvements, as well as strengthen relationships between leaders and employees.
Vinicius Pinheiro, Co-founder and Director at e-Core, stated that, since the beginning, the company aimed to build a challenging work environment.
“Developing people was always at the heart of our decisions. Being one of the Great Places to Work in Brazil shows that we’re growing without losing our essence. Congratulations to all our team members, again! Regardless of our co-operative practices and a leadership team concerned with people, it’s our teamwork that is what makes e-Core a Great Place to Work.”
