2017 – e-Core expands Porto Alegre HQ
With 30% growth in full-time staff in 2016 and doubled revenue in the last two years, it is time to expand the main HQ in Porto Alegre. The new space represents an important milestone in the company growth, reflecting a new cycle for e-Core.
Lots of challenges, respect for differences, cultural adjustments and inspiration shaped our culture and brought us here.
“Technologies come and go, but what really inspire us is our ability to keep our essence, the DNA of our company: our entrepreneurial spirit and strong focus on team work. When you combine all that with a genuine willingness to serve clients well while constantly challenging ourselves, the result could not have been different, the longevity of our company.”
– Márcio Silveira, CEO and Co-founder of e-Core.
The main challenges and successes highlight three different principles we’ve always had:
- Scale the workforce.
- Internationalization of our company.
- Talented professionals.
In Vinicius Pinheiro’s words, “identifying and retaining talents end up being who you are as a company”. Márcio complemented the idea reflecting on what has taken e-Core where it is today: “I see no other sentence that best summarizes it than “The Power of People”.
On the next decades to come, we’ll continue our mission to positively impact our clients and create opportunities for highly talented professionals in an inspiring work environment!
